Child Care
The Redlands PCYC runs Before and After School Care, and during public school holidays also runs Vacation Care Programs at Redlands PCYC (in Capalaba) and Bayview PCYC School Age Care (SAC) (inside Bayview State School, Thornlands). These programs are popular with the kids and afford the parents peace of mind while they get on with the business of providing for their family.
While the Bayview PCYC SAC services students of Bayview State School during before and after school care, our Redlands service currently offers a before and after school care shuttle bus service from most schools in the area surrounding our Capalaba centre. During the school holidays, we offer an extensive vacation care program at both Redlands PCYC and Bayview SAC and we welcome children from throughout the Redlands at either service.

New families are required to complete an "Enrolment Form For New Families". For more than two children, an "Enrolment Form For New Families Additional Child" must be completed for each child. Membership forms for each child must also accompany each enrolment.
At least half of the anticipated fee is required at the time of booking and full fees must be paid by the booking closure date. The 2012 PCYC child membership fee must also be paid at the time of enrolment. Following your enrolment, a statement will be issued showing money payable prior to beginning care. please bring your statement with you at the time of making payment. Any outstanding accounts after the payment and booking closing date will not be offered care.
All of our sevrices go through Oustide School Hours Care Quality Assurance (OSHCQA) with the National Childcare Accredittation Council. We are continually working at providing an ever increasing High Quality level of care with all of our sevrices.

We believe that the effective childcare worker focuses on thinking and processes, and has an understanding of children's learning.
Important:
1. Placement will not be confirmed until booking forms are lodged and fees are paid in advance by the due date (VAC).
2. Bookings will not be accepted unless payments for previous bookings are paid in full.
3. Accounts must be paid one week in advance at all times (BSC & ASC).
4. All children must be current members of PCYC.
5. Parents experiencing financial difficulties may apply to the Branch Manager for assistance.
